(Republican Leader) – The Biden administration is making it crystal clear that they are all on board for the murder of preborn children by setting their sights on pro-life Americans, targeting them for peacefully protesting against the slaughter of babies in the womb, attempting to make the very flimsy case that they are violating the law by allegedly blocking access to abortion mills.
Standing outside of an abortion mill, peacefully, pleading with women not to kill is against the law. However, if you belong to a minority group and take to the streets to riot, loot, and burn local businesses to the ground in protest of so-called “racism,” that’s perfectly acceptable. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the absurdity of the progressive worldview. They think we can’t see this reality, but we can. And we do.
According to LifeNews, “Today, five of the ten pro-life advocates indicted under a biased federal law will stand trial at a federal courthouse including Lauren Handy and Herb Geraghty. Legal counsel with the Thomas More Society is fighting in court for the pro-life advocates. Meanwhile, Biden officials have ignored hundreds of acts of violence against pro-life groups, pregnancy centers and churches.”
Just last year, a pro-life atheist named Hereb Geraghty, 26, was indicted by the head of the Justice Department, Attorney General Merrick Garland, for violations related to the Freedom to Access Clinic Entrances Act (FACE).
“For the nearly three decades since FACE was enacted in 1994, it has rarely been used to prosecute life advocates. Yet in 2022 alone, under the Biden/Garland DOJ, there have been at least 22 peaceful pro-life activists indicted under the act,” LifeNews said.
Geraghty, who is the executive director of Rehumanize International, is also one of the founding board members of an organization called Progressive Anti-Abortion Uprising. He’s a pro-life liberal and one of the advocates who is currently having to defend himself in the trial. Again, if he were a minority protesting a fellow minority’s death at the hands of local law enforcement, he could burn down half a city block in “protest” without facing any consequences.
“Geraghty was charged in connection with a protest at a Washington D.C. abortion business. Meanwhile, the Justice Department has charged 11 more pro-life activists with violations of the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act for blocking the entrance of an abortion clinic in 2021. The 11 activists were charged with FACE Act violations stemming from their 2021 “blockade” of an abortion clinic in Mount Juliet, Tennessee,” the report stated.
The federal indictment is alleging that these activists “engaged in a conspiracy to prevent the clinic from providing” patients the ability to receive abortions in violation of the FACE Act by “using physical obstruction to intimidate and interfere with the clinic’s employees and a patient.”
“The defendants are each charged with one count of violating FACE and one count of conspiracy to ‘deny a right’. Attorneys for the defendants argued in a motion to dismiss that post Dobbs v. Jackson-the Supreme Court ruling that overturned Roe vs. Wade- there is no federally protected right to abortion. Judge Kollar-Kotelly denied the motion on the grounds that abortion businesses are protected under the federal commerce clause and therefore subject to FACE protections,” LifeNews explained.
Handy, along with the other defendants, have continued to insist that their intention was not to deny rights — even though the right to murder a preborn child does not exist nor should it ever — but was to prevent the carrying out of crimes, such as infanticide and partial birth abortion, which are both illegal under the Born Alive Infant Protection Act and the Partial Birth Abortion Ban Act.
“The defendants had reason to believe these crimes were taking place based on undercover footage of an abortionist filmed in 2012 in which he explains that in the event a child were born alive during an abortion procedure he would leave the child to die,” the article declared. “Further evidence of Santangelo’s crimes against born alive infants surfaced in March of 2022 when Handy and her colleague Terrisa Bukovinac, founder of PAAU, recovered a box labeled ‘medical waste’ outside Washington Surgi-Center containing the remains of 115 abortion victims including 5 post viability babies. Three of the five appeared to be victims of federal crimes. An autopsy to investigate their cause of death has yet to be conducted.”
How sickening is that? This is how little the political left values human life. It’s the ancient practice of sacrificing children to Moloch and Baal in ancient Israel/Canaan. Babies would be offered to these so-called “gods” in exchange for material success. What is the main reason so many people murder preborn babies? Because they don’t want to make financial sacrifices to support them. Or they are under the mistaken belief that they cannot pursue their careers. They want sex without consequences.
“Terrisa Bukovinac, founder of PAAU, a liberal pro-life group, has condemned the trial and saw the law has been unevenly applied by the pro-abortion Biden admin,” the article continued.
“In addition to prohibiting blocking access to abortion centers, the FACE Act includes similar protections for churches and pro-life pregnancy centers. Since the enactment of the FACE Act in 1994, 126 pro-life activists have been charged under the law as opposed to fewer than 3 pro-abortion advocates,” she remarked. “This is despite the more than 70 instances of violence committed against churches and pregnancy centers-including firebombings since the overturning of Roe vs. Wade.”
“Many advocates including U.S. House Rep. Chip Roy (TX) have called for the repeal of FACE, citing the unequal application as evidence that the US Department of Justice is weaponizing the law to unjustly target peaceful nonviolent pro-life activists,” she noted.
Executive Director of PAAU, Caroline Taylor Smith, went on to say, “The fear that Biden and Garland’s DOJ is attempting to instill in the anti-abortion movement will never succeed the way they hope. We will never cease to act while the genocide of abortion still has a grip on this country.”

“One of the pro-life advocates the FBI considers as a danger to the public is an elderly woman, Eva Edl, who is a German survivor of a communist prisoner-of-war concentration camp during World War II. After she escaped that horror, Edl dedicated her life to fighting for human rights for everyone — including people before birth,” the piece divulged.
The Biden administration supports the murder of babies in the womb. For that reason alone, Joe Biden should be voted out of office in 2024.
